Office work, sitting at computers, watching activities and other activities have lots of standing and sitting but not a lot of moving. These can add to tension in the body which adds stress. Do you have a little bit of room?
You can carry a jump rope or resistance bands with you or add to your office desk. If you have a little bit of room you can use these to get in some extra exercise to increase your circulation. You could also add jumping jacks and push ups which do not require any equipment at all.
